Beginners Class

Welcome to the Capoeira beginners class! In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music.

During the class, you will be introduced to basic Capoeira movements, such as kicks, escapes, and dodges. You will also learn about the history and cultural significance of Capoeira, as well as how to play the traditional instruments used in Capoeira music.

When? Every Tuesday

Time: 7pm-8.30pm

Cost: £12 drop in or £40 Monthly pass.

Locations: Stroud Green Primary School, Perth Road, N4 3HB, London.

Mixed Levels Class

In a mixed levels class, you can expect to learn capoeira movements such as kicks, dodges, and sweeps, as well as sequences and combinations that incorporate these techniques. You will also learn about the history and cultural significance of capoeira, as well as the music and instruments used in traditional capoeira rodas (circles).

Overall, a mixed levels capoeira class is a fun and dynamic way to improve your physical fitness, coordination, and agility, while also immersing yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Brazil. Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced practitioner, you are sure to enjoy the energy and camaraderie of training with a diverse group of students in a mixed levels capoeira class.

Children Class


It is a great way for children to stay active, learn discipline, and have fun. In a children's capoeira class, kids will learn basic movements, kicks, and flips, as well as traditional capoeira songs and rhythms. They will also develop coordination, flexibility, and strength through the practice of this dynamic and engaging martial art. The classes are usually high-energy and interactive, with plenty of opportunities for kids to play and interact with each other in a supportive and encouraging environment. Overall, a children's capoeira class is a great way for kids to stay active, learn new skills, and have fun while exploring a unique and culturally rich martial art.

Tuesdays for aged 6-10

Location: Birchmore Hall, Highbury Quadrant, N5 2UA, London.

Time: 4pm-5pm.

Cost: £10 drop in or 12 week Term package for £85.

Sundays:

Time: 10am-11am for aged 4-6

11am-12pm for aged 7-11

Location: Lordship Hub Co-op, Higham Road, N17 6NU, London.
